Project-Specific Data Processing (Zero-PII Approach)
To protect participant privacy, this application operates using pseudonymized Study IDs.
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect or store your name, email address, or phone number within the application database.
- Study ID: Your pre-assigned login credentials (Study ID) are provided by the study coordination.
- Care Coordination Data: Diary entries, questionnaires, care-related logs, task completions, and care schedules associated with your Study ID.
- Communication: Real-time chat messages (encrypted) and metadata from video consultations.
Data Security & Storage
All data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure servers managed by KIT. Access is restricted to authorized study personnel and your assigned care team.
